Director for Interfaith and Ecumenical Relations

The Director for Interfaith and Ecumenical Relations is responsible for promoting cooperation, dialogue, and unity among different religious groups and Christian denominations. He focuses on peacebuilding, mutual understanding, and collaborative social action.

The Director for Ecclesiastical Affairs is responsible for overseeing matters related to the church, clergy, and religious institutions within SKK, church body, or government structure. The Directorate Director for Communication and Public Affairs serves as the lead strategist and spokesperson for SKK. The role ensures that the ministry’s message is clearly communicated to the public, strengthens the ministry’s brand, and manages all internal and external communications to advance the mission of proclaiming the Gospel.

The Directorate Director – Chaplaincy serves as the spiritual and administrative head of the Chaplaincy Directorate at Sauti ya Kanisa Kenya, overseeing programs that provide pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and ethical leadership across the ministry’s activities. The office holder’s portfolio encompasses both strategic leadership and hands-on pastoral responsibilities, ensuring that the ministry’s values, teachings, and pastoral care services are consistently implemented and accessible.

Director for Humanitarian Distribution (Special Programs)

The Directorate Director for Humanitarian Distribution (Special Programs) is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing SKK’s humanitarian and special relief initiatives. This includes programs aimed at vulnerable populations, disaster response, and community support aligned with SKK’s mission to serve and uplift communities in need.

Welcome to Men of Valor

The Men of Valor is a supportive wing under  SKK that provides much-needed mentorship, training, and spiritual guidance to silently struggling male pastors over 40. 

MoV

This wing is designed to train, mentor, listen, rebuke, and encourage pastors above 40 years of age, helping them to navigate the many challenges they encounter in ministry.

By offering support, the Men of Valor aim to equip these pastors to be exemplary leaders, able to guide the younger generation of ministers—the Trailblazers—and provide a bridge between the old and new generations.

Progarms

Recognizing the unique struggles faced by this target audience, the Men of Valor offers tailor-made programs that assist pastors deal with these challenges.

Program 1

Mentorship

This training focuses on spiritual growth, leadership development, and practical strategies for overcoming pastors’ challenges. The mentorship program emphasizes the importance of balancing personal and family life with ministry, ensuring pastors do not neglect their well-being in pursuit of their calling.

Program 2

Counseling

The program empowers pastors over 40 with personalized counseling support to navigate challenges, renew their faith, and enhance their ministry effectiveness. This further strengthens their spiritual foundation and leadership through expert guidance tailored to their unique journey and calling.

Program 3

Practical Ministry Training

This program equips pastors with hands-on tools for effective ministry. It focuses on sermon development, pastoral care, conflict resolution, and community engagement, empowering seasoned leaders to adapt to evolving challenges and continue serving with excellence and purpose.

Program 4

Leadership Development

This program enhances leadership skills for pastors over 40. It aims at assisting them in gaining insights into strategic decision-making, team building, vision casting, and adaptive leadership.

Emotional Support

This program offers spiritual renewal retreats for pastors, providing a peaceful, supportive environment to deepen their connection with God, restore balance, and gain fresh inspiration for their ministry.
