The Trailblazers represent a strategic initiative within SKK to harness the energy, creativity, and passion of pastors under 40. The program empowers young ministers, fostering creativity and leadership to address challenges and opportunities in a dynamic, post-secular world with innovative strategies.
ABOUT
The term “Trailblazers” is emblematic of the group’s role as pioneers and innovators in the Church. This designation reflects their mission to forge new paths in ministry, engage with contemporary issues, and challenge existing paradigms.
The initiative aims at empowering young ministers to become effective leaders and agents of transformation in both the Church and society. The Trailblazers serve as mentors and a catalysts for engaging “the steamers” by facilitating discussions, workshops, and seminars on relevant topics.
